May 1st. Look what gave me a smile today! So excited about this silly little plant. It was in a smaller pot and someone kicked it, it fell out of it’s broken pot so, I replanted it and this is how it is screaming…thank you.
Cactus are easy for some people to put in a container and they become this amazing art show. Not for me. They don’t seem to like my colorful flower pots lined up on a broken walk way, surrounded by colorful other flowers that bloom when they want.
Thank you to all of my blogging buddies who followed my adventures in April. It was fun, but, how do some of you post every day? You are more organized than me. I have a few new friends that stop by this fun little part of my world, thank you, I like what you do too. And one, who I thought was going BLIND or even DYING, that has been drawing in a journal book all month to find out it’s FAKE. It’s a story with beautiful art work, words from the heart and her life on paper, all made up like a…great read. I left real comments and now I feel so stupid because I got so involved. It’s called International Fake Journal Month. Now I feel like I lost a friend until next April when she comes back.
Just another fun fact about me, not the sharpest tool in the drawer. Not the brightest bulb in the tanning bed. The list goes on and on.

Your cactus looks like it has two eyes! Those lovely flowers are looking straight at me 🙂 Your pictures are always so sunny – they cheer me up as I look out onto the British dull weather.

You are so sweet. I have three new bulbs popping up. I think they will be pink, I’m so excited I can’t wait. I plant things and then it’s a surprise it they show up next year..hahaha

It never told you it was a fake journal?!
I’d be sad, too! Gah! I had a fake internet fight with another blogger once, and it was all hyperbole and slangin compliments — even though I wrote that it was fake in the first line, people still thought it was real and took sides!
I don’t do much in the way of cacti. I have one, and it’s been alive for 8 months, so that’s nice. 🙂
