Me and my bright idea’s! Welcome to my living room, minus one sofa. I decided to not be a sofa potato any longer so, I took out my favorite sofa to sit on and replaced it with a treadmill. I forgot I had put the extra table without the legs behind this sofa..ahaha. Now I see that my favorite sofa hit the table top and made the paint come off of the wall. Oh well, this whole house needs paint. Why did I do this?? Good question! This tread mill has been in storage for many years and after being unemployed for 8 months, I have noticed I’m looking like a bowl of dinner rolls. Since I have this machine, I decided to bring it into this place and use it.The t.v. is right in front of the trad mill so, I have something to look at. And my closed eyes won’t be watching t.v. any longer. I was on it when my first trick or treater found my door. It had been so long since I had been on this treadmill, I said, wait, how do I shut this thing off! I had been walking for 27 min’s that time and now I’m up to a mile and a half every day. It’s really not that bad. Starting next week I hope to stay on for 2 miles. My goal is to up my mile by half every week. This house is really old but, when I’m walking I don’t feel like I’m going to fall to the dirt. So maybe this house can handle a work out dream.
I should keep track of my miles and time. My goal is to run 26.2 miles, in 3 hrs. Not sure how long it will take me to get there but, I have the rest of my life and maybe being on this treadmill will give me a few extra years.
I was sore for two days after getting it in that door you see on the right. Paige and her friend helped me and without them this would have never happen. Without Paige the clock in my car would still be a hour off too but, what would she do without me..lol
What was your last bright idea you had? Was it worth it?
